We used Max Granite for a full kitchen renovation. The experience with them from the inception of the project was top notch! Not only are they extraordinarily knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced, they are also an absolute delight to deal with! After perusing so many slabs of granite, we finally settled upon our perfect stone. We then chose our cabinets and hardware. They came out to our house for photos and measurements and then we met them in their office for a design presentation much like a show on HGTV! They welcomed our input and adjusted as per our wishes. We also chose our own backsplash materials which they also installed.They did all the demo, drywall, plumbing, electric, painting and install, and saw it all through to completion in 2.5 weeks!We are beyond THRILLED with our new kitchen and with our truly exemplary experience with Max Granite. Top notch service from start to finish. The granite countertops are absolutely beautiful and have made my kitchen a showpiece. The quartz countertop in my master bath is spectacular. Charles @ Max Granite was so pleasant, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me pick the right stone. The turn around time from date of order to installation was less than a week. I rarely if ever post reviews of vendors I've dealt with but my experience with Max Granite was so positive it certainly deserves one. They provided extraordinary service, quality workmanship and fair prices. Rafael in particular deserves to be mentioned for his constant follow up and attention to detail. We had the best experience working with Max and his very talented, hard working team. Max helped us remodel our entire home. He spent hours with us going over design details, helping us choose flooring, granite, cabinets, paint colors, bathroom tiles, shower doors, etc. He explained the entire process from start to finish as we toured his factory. Once we had everything selected his team showed up within the week to start and all work was completed by the date we were promised. Max supervised his team and made sure everything went according to the design plan. He always maintained contact with us and whenever we called him he was available and happy to help. When he visited the site, if any adjustments were necessary, he made sure they were done right away. He has an impeccable team who made sure the job site was cleaned up every day. When we visited the site every evening we couldn't believe how neat and clean the site was inside and outside. The entire staff is professional, helpful, friendly and conscientious about their work. The end result of our renovations definitely reflects their expertise and professionalism. We couldn't be happier!! Thank you all at Max Granite!!!! I was very lucky our contractor recommended Max Granite for our kitchen and wet bar. From the minute I walked in the door until install everything was perfect. Rafael was finishing up with a client so Tay jumped in to help us get started with paperwork. Rafael explained everything in detail what and when to expect completion. Two weeks after I placed order and wanted a change I called Rafael and he said come in first thing tomorrow before the scheduled cut and made the change. Tay was right on top of everything with the scheduling keeping us informed on all times etc. The installers Matt and Filip were great with a good sense of humor. They were very professional, thorough and neat. I would work with this team anytime. Cannot wait to redo the bathrooms. I will be a lot more calm on that job knowing I can go to this Team.
